How do you remove the window crank handle? there is no screw on the front and there is no cap on in the front. i dont feel a screw in the back either. I tried twisting and pulling on it but i dont want to break it.

 

There is a kinda U shaped clip on the back side. It is either open parralel to the arm or opposite. Try sliding a rag in behind it and pulling on both ends. There is a tool for doing it but if you can't get the handle off you must not have the tool.

Try to picture that as your crank. The top is the handle you grab to turn it. The U shaped clip will either be u or n under the bold part.
