Im gonna put my bank account on this one.... Its ur Intake System bro...... When i replaced my intake cone the thing wouldnt stop whistling lol everytime i step on it it still does it, wheni pass people they think i got a supercharger hehehe i tell em yes after i beat em !!! ROFL!!!!!

it shouldnt be a whistle though. there should be a "dooo" when you step on it, and a the sound you hear when you stick a vacuum cleaner hose to your ear.

I have a throttle-body spacer that was on my 2000 ZR2 p.u. when I bought it. It makes slight whistling noises at certain rpms, too.
Based on that knowledge, I would check your air-intake system- from the CAI (you didn't mention what brand, but my K&Ns don't do it) to the MAF, to the throttle-body, itself...
