What is a good xenon hid conversion kit for under $150 i dont want plug and play because i have heard they suck and i enjoy wiring :P
I don't want a bad kit that will break quick. I have a 96 v6 camaro with stock headlights currently.

Xentec plug and play.$40 works just as good as the wired ones. The wired ones just use a relay for time delay if you have an amp

Class d is good, you should be good. I've installed in my uncles navigator with 4 tv sets and 2 t1000s and 400/ 4 jl and no prob. If you have problems just pay the 5 bucks and make a relay

Just search 9006 bulb xentec on eBay. You will need to remove old bulb and replace using silicon. I recommend red high temp silicon because the heat the bulb makes. There is a tutorial floating around in this forum on how to install. It is overall pretty easy.
