UncleBill you are the one who took it wrong
I am recooperating from Heart surgery so I have time on my hands also. When I am not out in my garage swapping a 97 4.3 Vortec into my mom's 84 S10 I am here. I was just disapointed when I logged in and thought there was a bunch of new stuff and saw they were mostly to old post. So I ended up going back to my swap.

Mike, Hope You're doing well after the surgery, My nephew just ahd open heart surgery to replace the aortic valve because of a peskt bactreia that would't clear up with antibiotics. It's a pretty scary deal when it's Your heart that They're messing with. God bless You and get better.

Thank you Unclebill. I hope you Nephew is well.
I was born with a heart defect and had surgery when I was 5 in the early 70's. That repair went bad and the scare tissue got an infection so now I not only have a mechanical aortic valve but I also have an Implantable Cardio Defibrillator. The upside is they had to cut off my old scare that used stiches and made a nicer one with super glue.
