tire size?

Default tire size?

i hav a 95 z28 how big of a drag radial can i fit on the stock rims and how big can fit in the wheel well

The stock wheels are 8" so you probably don't want to run anything over a 275, that being said with a wide enough wheel (you can fit up to an 11" on the rear) you can run a 315 with little to no rubbing (and that can be fixed with a hammer...)

the stock size were 16 x 8, the later years like the 2000 SS had 17 x 9, but you can get zr1 rims the 5 spoke which is 17 x 11, and you can do what slvr said

I know that on a '98, I was able to fit a 315 on10.5 inch width wheelswith not too much problem. Had to do a bit of hammering and pushing on the wheel well walls, ground down one bolt head per side at the rear, but it barely fit in spite of all that..
