Spider gear question
My car is a 95 Z28 manual trans and I had the rear end up to change the rotors and pads but I forgot to break the nuts loose on the wheels. So instead of lowering it back to the ground I just put the car into gear I figured I could break the nuts loose with it in gear. It stopped the wheel from moving until I put a lot of torque on it and then it spun past the stop point of where the gear was stopping it. After I figured out it was not going to work I just put the car on the ground and broke the nuts loose and changed the pads and rotors. After I put everything back together and went for a ride around the block the car had hardly no acceleration and felt really weird. I couldn't tell if there was grinding noise from the rear because I was on a freshly graveled road with a lot of rocks on it and my car is very loud. Could I have screwed something up spider gear etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you

Your read should be fine. Making sure the limited slip rear is working actually starts with a test like you did. There is no way that should have hurt it. Keep in mind wen you turn very sharp corners it pretty much the same thing. Brakes could be to tight?
