hey everyone, my name's Chris, short for Christian. I don't even own a camaro, but am doing this for my best friend who owns a '93 bright red camaro v6. He has no problems w/it and loves it (just bought it month ago). I personally own a Dodge SRT4, and hooked up a manual fan switch in the car so i can turn the fans on anytime that i wish. I simply found out which prong on the fan relay fuse under the hood to tap into, ran it to the switch, ran another wire to a ground, and it works like a charm. My friend loves the idea of that, and would like it in his camaro to be able to manually switch on/off the fans whenever he wishes, as WELL AS still retaining the function of them turning on by themselves when the car reaches a certain temperature. We both tried to hook it up on his car like i did on my SRT4...but no luck that way. So, i'm doing him the favor of posting on here asking for help how to do this. Any help would be appreciated by myself and on his part as well. thanks!
