Anyone know where to get them? Would they be available in repair manuals such as Haynes or Chilton?

They are in the Haynes manual not sure about Chiltons.

Depends on what for, year, etc... Chiltons should have them. I am sure you can find them on-line as well. Use the search function here and you might get better results.
