Researching for a new build...
I don't know if you've read my new member intro yet, but the lowdown...93-97 lt1 m6 is in my future real soon. I'm trying to do research to get a plan for how I want to build it. Basically a stroked lt1 (355 or 383;all forged) that'll get me 400rwhp and be very streetable and on top of that a 100-150hp shot of nitrous is what I have so far. I plan on getting an lt1 block and having it built.
So my question is, what is it that I can do right now on my fbody to be able to support the type of engine I want (i.e. suspension, rear end, gears, clutch, etc.).
I've been doing research for about 6 weeks now, on here and other sites and I'd like to know where I should start. Thanks

You can always start with the basic body stiffening stuff: sub frame connectors, lower control arms, stiffer torque arm, strut tower braces, etc.. Get a clutch than can handle the power, but not too grabby if you plan a lot of street use. The rear end can be reinforced, or go to a 12 bolt unit. You may also want to make sure the rest of the suspension and steering is in good shape, as the added power will amplify any problems you may now have.
