Hello,
Have a 69 Camaro that's been sitting for a while and was a projct back in high school. The problem I have is I have all the wrong combinations. I was always told that bigger is better. Well I did that and the car has sat for some time.
Here is what I have
Engine
396 bore .030
Erson Cam with 578 lift 313 duration
750 Holley
Edlebrock low profile intake manifold
Ignition
Mallory Unilite distributor
Mallory Promaster coil
Tranny
4 speed T-10 (Do not remember gearing)
Rear End
12 bolt posi 4:56 gears with coil overs and ladder bars
I would like to get the car on the road and drive it and wanted your opinion(s) on what I could do as far as swapping or changing parts with the current set up I have and getting the car dialed in for the road. The car runs and drives just not set up right! Thanks!
