Default Question about engine computer

I just rebuilt everything in my 93 Camaro Z28. I replaced the low mileage engine with a 383 stroker engine. You can look at signature for everything in it. The problem I am having is this, it runs too rich at low rmp and too lean at high rpms. I went down to a 52mm throttle body because I thought that might help but it did not. I do have a performance chip installed for the stock engine that is a piggyback one. I was wondering if I need to get a new chip or computer or what I need to do to get this thing running good. I would appreciate any help with this. I have replaced the engine in Feb and have only put 800 miles on because of this.

Contact www.pcmforless.com. They can provide a custom programmed chip to take all your mods in account. I am surprised it is running rich at low RPM, the O2 sensors should be controlling the A/F mixture at part throttle.
