Default Power Window issue

I have a 2002 Camaro Z28. A few months ago I discovered that my power windows have begun to exhibit a problem. When I roll them down or up the windows will only go so far then stop. After a few seconds or minutes I will be able to move the windows again. The distance I can move them depends on the length of time I wait before trying again. The problem is the same for drivers and passenger side windows and it does not matter which control panel I use, I have the same issue on either side.

From the little I know of electrical troubleshooting I am fairly certain the problem is most likely not th switches themselves, nor does it seem to be the window motors. However past this it is difficult to speculate due to the fact I am having some issues locating an eletrical schematic for the car. If anyone has ideas how to fix this problem outside of taking it to a Chevy dealer, Im all ears.

yeah that site pegged it! I cant say that im thrilled at the idea of drilling holes in my car but I can only imagine this is a problem that will only get worse.

I bought my 3rd 2000 Camaro this weekend. I've owned 2 in the past and never had this problem. I'm thinking it's a short somewhere (but where)? Sometimes the power window and the radio goes off at the same time, I hit the power locks a few times and the go back on. I also checked the fuses...they seem fine. Any suggestions?

u should have a 35amp circuit breaker for the windows. should be in the power box under the hood. it should reset itself unless its bad. not real sure on the 2000 system though. my book is for a 93. could be the widow motor is drawing to much juice and tripping the breaker.
