Default power lock and window kit

My car is lacking power locks and windows and I'm getting kinda tired of climbing to the other side of the car to put the other window down. I did a little looking and found this.
The price seems too good to be true...or is it? I don't know too much about car electronics. Anyone have any experience with this or think it should be reliable? And I wonder if it will be a pain in the butt to install...

Hmm, I'm not sure if the power locks will work or not. But if you get that, you still need to buy power windows.
