Popping noise in right front area of car
I just want to say hello to eveyone, I just joined and I have a problem.
I own a 1994 Camero 5 speed. It is in real good condition and is serviced regularly. I have developed a clanging and popping noise in the right front area of the car. It has been more frequent lately and more ofton when it is warm outside. It pops when I turn, brake and accelerate. I have taken it to a couple of shops but they can't seem to find anything wrong.
Can you guys give me any advice or guidence.
Thanks,
Pam

I also want to mention that if I have the car parked and I go up to the front passenger side wheel and pull up and push down I can hear the clicking and popping noise.
Thanks for any input to this situation, as the local mechanics can't seem to identify the problem.

i have not, ill check them though when i can. the car passed a legitmate inspection (guy is a state trooper as well), so i know its not a safety concern yet.

I took the car to a trusted mechanic and was told that I need to replace the lower ball joints and tie rods. Part of the clanging was due towhere thecross bar and differential meet. He quoted me aprice of$378.00 which includes taxand an alignment.
As a woman do you think this is a fair price.....or are they trying to take me to the cleaners?
Thank you all for your input.....I really appreciate it.....pam
