opti spark

does anyone know if its possible to set the timing on the opti spark system whithout hooking it up to a computer? I have a 95 z28 with a lt1 and it think the timing is a little off...

The opti is controlled by the PCM and cand be moved unless you use a compter programer. Where are you from i know a good LT1 specialist in upland,california.
