Default new tires, are these good?

i am in dire need of new tires for my 85 camaro. and i found some tires that i want to put on there but i want to know if anyone has any experience with them. http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/nav...mp;item=176065

and for 85 bucks they are a godsend. and they are huge. lol . i currently have 225 60 15s on the car right now, and they bald and unevenly worn. when i get the tires i will have the car aligned. but tires first.

They put rubber on the ground, that is the best I can say for them. Not by any means a performance tire. Would not even be my last choice for tires.

You are not much of a car guy if you buy tires at SAMS Club

Bf goodrich are the same no matter where you get them. and they are good enough for 90% of the other muscle cars out there. he's going with 15's doesn't need yokohama's . they are good street tires.

I did my tire shopping on www.tirerack.com. We have a warehouse in our city where I went and picked them up that (ordered over the phone). $86 high performance tire. I'm happy. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....nSpeedRating=S
I'm not sure how other people would order from here. I'm sure they'll ship, but I'm not sure what that's gonna cost ya.

I guess the point is, you don't have to get crap for that kinda price. (But I'm sure someone will reply to this and say Kumhos are crap. But that would happen no matter what I put).

It all depends on what you are lookin for, a mid 80's camaro is fine with BFG's,Goodyear and Cooper Cobra's,if you have a new camaro I would go with the Yok & Kumho's. All these tires are good for the $70- 95 range. Unless you need some good Z rated vette tires Get what you like the looks of. I take it you aren't gona race it and pus 2 G's in a turn.
