Default Loosing RPMs

When I first got the Camaro, it would rev up to 6000 and still have power (or at least it felt like it). Know, the more I drive it the more it looses the RPMs. Know, the peak of the power band is about 4,675 RPMs! What the heck? What is happening. Also, when I wash the car in a gas station, the opit gets wet and is misfires a crap load and 10 min of idling fixes it. Is my opti getting bad and the sparks are the strong anymore? P.S. I changed the fuel filter too.

If you're having problems holding the power while you're in the upper RPM range it sounds like it could be time for a new clutch.

No, it's not the clutch. I know what is feels like when the clutch is gone and I also JUST bought a centerforce clutch. So that's not it. Maybe I just need a tune uo.
