Default lifter noise?

ok can you guys help me out? I have this noise in my vlavetrain and I'm not sure what it is. It's a fresh rebuild. 355ci, has about 300 miles on it now. I adjusted the lash four times, each time with the engine off, per compcam instructions. It doesn't make as much noise when cold, only after it warms up is when the noise gets loud. Here is what I have:

Comp XE268 cam
Comp high energy hydraulic lifters
Manley stock length hardened pushrods
Edelbrock RPM heads

Here are a couple of videos I took so you can hear

What do you guys think?

Thanks

I cant here it because the connection I am on right now, but here are the common causes of valvetrain noise: a collapsed or otherwise bad lifter, i.e. one not oiling properly; a pulled out stud in the head; a bad rocker arm ball; a cracked rocker arm; a bad valve spring. Once I listen to it tonight at my g/fs i will be a lil more specific for you if i can

I wouldnt be running it, adjusting the rockers four times indicates a problem with the cam/lifters alot of stuff can play into the cause such as poor geometry and clearances assuming you adjusted it properly and locked it downmy assumption would be a wiped out cam especially on a new build. Did you follow a camshaft break in proceedure? I would start by looking for metal in the oil filter and ultimatly pull the intake and inspect the lifters(remember the must go back in the same holes) if it is the cam/liftyer you got a teardown on your hands. Also has the oil pressure dropped what is it pressure wise. Also what valve springs are you running?

Hey thanks for the replies. I did a proper break in, I even used Rotella diesel oil for the start-up. After that I changed out to valvoline 10w-30. I looked at the dipstick and see no signs of metal, but I will check the filter and see. The oil pressure is up to 30 psi at idle, its been the same since start up, and goes up to about 40psi at cruise, 1800-2000rpm and about 60psi at 4000rpm, but haven't taken it above that. It hasen't gotten any worse or decreased in power, it's a strong little motor, I adjusted the lash because i kept thinking I messed it up some how. I'm using the springs that came on the edelbrock heads. Thanks for the help. Any other suggestions?

ugh, now i have the same problem, when the engine starts, a lifter is not pumping, then comes up. after going down the road a while, i start hearing the tick, but it will go away if you turn some good rpms for a minute. It almost seems like the oil pump, what do you guys think?
