I have a question, it might be a little odd....

Right below the ciggarette lighter on my 94 camaro there is a little black ****, i have no idea as to what it does lol, does anyone have a clue as to what it is and/or what it is for??? theres a white wire connected to the back of it but doesnt seem to go anywhere, should it?? thanks guys

 

thats the "slow" switch. when your car goes too fast for the track, you push it and it takes away 100 hp.
