So why did they stop makeing the Inline Six? I meen BMW uses them don they? The M5 (or what ever it is) hasa I-6 and has 300hp why cant the domestics do that?

Have you looked under the hood of a trailblazer lately? The Colorado has a 5 cylinder.

The M5 has a 500hp V-10... so you must be thinking of something else.

My mom has a 4.3L I-6 TrailBlazer... that thing is a beast for a six cylinder engine. 275 hp if I remember correctly?

They are still being built. Freightliner puts a 14.7L Detriot Diesel turbocharged I6 engines in their tractors. That engine is half as big as an entire Camaro.

Ah my mistake I havent really researched before posting on this subject I just was kinda figure out why I havent seen one made by domestics lately when I was totaly wrong my mistake guys and gals[:-] But yea what was the Beamer that had the I-6 and 333hp? errr M3 or sumtin
