If you are using the truck heads, the engine will be limited by the design of the truck heads which are strictly set up for low end torque. If you were to use good aftermarket heads or good production heads, such as GM Vortec, 350 flywheel HP would be easy.
Why do you want to use two alternators?? But if you really want to that, you can hook them both up to a single battery, but don't put them on the same single V belt as it won't be abble to carry the load when both alternators max out.
