I just bought new lights for my car but there arent n/e threads in the holes on the lights.what's supposed to hold the light to my car?

no the blinkers work just cant figure out how to attach them to the car

 

I was given a module that I enabled and need to add a menu to place it. The module does not insert into the menu listings. I tried several others but they add some sort of text to the screen.
