funny noise need help

check the universal joints take two hands on ech side of joint and `try to go in oppiste direction with it if there is play unbolt the rear joint and take out then pull off caps carefully inside are needle bearings there should be some grease inside in the worst case the bearings will be gone also check the front a little harder u have to put in a vise remove retainer clip and using a hammer and socket push thruto remove
on this age car unknown abuse i would justreplace this is where i would start if they look ok go to the rear next good luck

Noises have to start sometime, what ever part is wearing out has probably been wearing out for a while, and it just started making noises now.

it sounds like a u-joint issue to me.
