Where would I look to find a new drive shaft?

Or what ever city/town you live in look for a local machine shop or implement shop. They can custom build them.

What year & engine have you got?? If you have the stock steel dr shaft , think about replacing it with a Aluminum one.
1Le & LT 1 dr shafts are 2 3/4" dia
LS1 dr shaft is 3" dia

They are a direct replacement on 3rd & 4 th gen cars. Best bet is a used one and the max money I would pay is $150. Try e-bay and the forsale forms.
