Default Door window help

My drivers side door window on my 2000 camaro recently got messed up because it does not go up and down properly. Sometimes it will go down a little, then stop and after I wait awhile i may be able to get it back up little by little, waiting each time. I dont know that it is a motor problem because it does move some. Also, when I press the window button, I can hear a faint buzz coming somewhere from under the drivers side dash. I think the problem may be the door window relay, but I do not know where it is located. If someone could help me with where the relay is located or if they think the solution is something else, please let me know.

Honestly this has happened to my 95 and my 97 on both sides, everytime it happens i just changed the motor and the magic returned. Some people say it may be the regulator but your best bet would be window motor. The motor shouldnt run you more than $50 and you could find some for $30 online. Good luck.

I believe JRD has a good point. There are no window relays as such, the closest thing is thw indow module under the dash. The window motors themselves have most of the controls built in.
