Default Cleaning Cylinder Heads

I finally got the heads off of my damn Mustang. Screw stuck head bolts. Had to get 4 of those suckers off. Anyways, what is the best process to go about on cleaning the heads? They've got a bunch of grime in them. Head gaskets blew, coolant poured out of the cylinders, so it's got coolant and oil sludge all through the heads...

What is the best (and preferably quickest) process?

ive soaked heads in purple power and water over night the used a pressure washer to clean them out also a wire wheel does a real good job of cleaning and polishing them

You're DEFINITELY going to want to take those heads to a machine shop anyway to have them checked out and surface milled flat again (if needed). The shop would do a thorough tank cleaning as part of the rehab process.
