changing from 16 to 18 rims?

changing from 16 to 18 rims?
I want to change from 16 in rims to 18 with 245 40 r18 tires on my 1991 Z28. Will I have to make any other adjustments to make it look right, like new lowering springs or wheel well clearance problems. Has anyone done something similar and had good results?
