Unhappy Car stalling/ check gauges light comes on

Over the past few weeks my car has been shutting off one me every once in a while when I drive it, at least once a day. I thought it could've been coils but all my coils test fine. I've taken it to the shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They told me their best guess would be my fuel injectors were sticking open/closed which could be flooding my engine and shutting off my car. My car will shut off and wont start but if I leave it for a few hours it starts fine. It runs fine for a while then about once a day will just shut off, the power is still on and all the lights/radio work. I thought it also might be my fuel pump but I can hear it turn on still and I think the shop tested that in one of their tests. Does anybody have any ideas?

95 3.8 camaro. The cars codes were tested but the mechanics don't kno what it is. I've been looking around and someone with a firebird said it could be the crankshaft sensor.idk how I could test the ignition module, could it be faulty wiring also? I've been trying to clean the injectors with cleaner in my fuel but it hasn't been working. I just don't wanna take apart my fuel rails to get to the injectors if that isn't the problem

next time it dies pull a plug wire, stick a screw driver in there and hold it close to a ground and turn it over to see if its getting spark.

Take the wire off the plug end or the distributor end of it? And all the wires or just one?

the plug end. just one. want to find out if you have spark or not, if yes its most likely a fuel problem, if no spark its obviously a spark problem.

But mine are two to a distributor. Wouldnt the ignition module require you to test a few of them to kno if its thats the problem?
