Does anyone know how to identify a cam? I have the numbers off the distibutor end of the cam and the casting numbers. I know it is aftermarket, but I don't know the manufacturer or the duration and lift. The casting numbers are 22, 39, and 1539. The stamped numbers are 4002, 119306, 862250, and 11 42 99. I would appreciate any help!!
