Camaro Forums' Official Horsepower Thread
 

This thread is to serve as a listing of member's dyno proven horsepower and torque.

In order to qualify you provide:
1)A scanned or digital image of the dyno sheet with max hp and torque @ a given rpm. A link to a previous thread with the images will work as well. (not required but very nice)
2)Whether the dyno was a dynojet, mustang dyno, Land&Sea, ect...
3)a list of mods. Need not provide supporting mods such as fuel or "forged *blank*". Boost level, nitrous shot size, & cam specs would be nice, however "Bolton's, Heads/cam" will suffice.
4)Year, Make, and Model of car. Will be mostly camaro's but just in case... As well as displacement.




***Ammended Rules***

• It is not required that you have a scanned dyno sheet at this time. However the must have been dyno'd. No "Guestimates" allowed.
• A simple XXXhp adn XXX tq is not enough. To be posted the bare minimum is hp/tq, year/make/model, mod list. all of this stuff should be known by heart to the owner anyways.
• As slots fill up, users who do not have scanned dyno charts will be replaced by those who do, even if those previous users have higher numbers.

There will be a top 20 listing for each catagory. Catagories include:

Land & Sea Dyno by Illinois Dyno Center
RPM slightly miscalibrated. curves cross @ 5500rpm
Mods @ time of Dyno were slp Lid and Flopac, Borla Exhaust, borla high flow catted Y pipe. EGR/AIR Deletes.

I got about 520-525hp andapproximately 500tq to the crank. I dynoed at 469rwhp and 456rwtq..Stock bottom end 346ci. the dyno was in dynojet mode and there is a 0-5 hp/tq margin of error. The car was being tuned for 4+ hours straight and it was 98+ degrees outside, all three pulls came one after the other. My mods:

*Longtube headers
*True dual Xpipe (daul 3" pipes dumped before the rear axle)
*Volant CAI
*Powerbond Pulley
*85mm maf
*NGK plugs
*37# injectors
*LS2 timing chain
*Hardened Chromoly pushrods
*F.A.S.T 90mm intake
*Nick Willams 90mm Throttle body
*Cometics .040's
*PRC Stage 2.5 Ported LS6 heads with dual spring kit, titanium retainers, 230 intake runner...etc etc
*231/234 .644/.598 on a 112 LSA cam from Thunder Racing
*Tuning done by Patrick G
*Free mods
