i have a 98 camaro and when i turn my blinker on it stays on it does not flash, but when i turn my hazard lights on they flash and make the noise. help please, thanks

Does it blink for one side and not the other using the turn signal? If so, check the side that does not flash for a burnt bulb.

no they both just stay on and both bulbs are new

Then I would look at replacing the flasher unit.
