Unhappy bad breaks

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and i would just like to start off saying hi to everyone. But now down to business, i have a 68 camaro z28 clone with front disc(off 69 camaro z28) and rear brum brakes. Now for the past few years i have had a spongy pedal, no pedal or all the way to the floor before it even wants to grab. So i replaced the brake booster and the master cylinder and it felt as if i had a strong steady pedal but if took it for a cruise down the road and its is still the same problem. but i also noticed when i blead the rear brakes the pads on the drums dont even move. im stumped so if anyone could help me it would be awesome.

Thanks in advance

i have bled the brakes numerous amount starting with the passenger rear wheel since your supposed to start from the farthest point from the cylinder. and no air comes out only fluid so i know they bled and the wheel cylinders and the wheel cylinders anre new.

Make sure your rear brakes are adjusted so they are dragging slightly. Could be your self-adjusters aren't tightening the brakes like they should. Your brake shoes could then have too much travel. You also might want to check the adjusters to make sure they work freely.
