air in the fule system?

Default air in the fule system?

is it possible to have air in the fule system?when i crank my car (89 camaro 5.7tpi) as soon as i stop cranking i can hear air bubles in the fule rail. Could that keep it from starting?thank you in advance.

air in teh fuel system is usually a sign of your low as hell on gas. i have a clear fuel filter, and when i get low on gas, bubbles are all splashing around inside it. if the bubbles are there but you have plenty of gas, they will work their way out eventually, nothing to sweat.

As per the previous post, make sure you have plenty of gas nad not sucking up air. After this, if you still having trouble, check the fuel pressure & see what is going on.
