Acts like its out of gas

Hello I have a 1996 camaro and it acts like its out of gas ,fuel is in the rail,engine starts,runs rough and then it dies.Service engine light isnt on . Can anyone help??thanks.

You need to check the fuel pressure, just because there is fuel in the rail it does not mean it is at the right pressure.
