Default ABS & SES Light

Well my ABS light is on but it doesn't come on whenI start the car. It only comes on when the car starts to move a little bit. I'm thinking it is one of the speed sensors in the wheel or the diff. For the wheel Sensor you need to buy the entire hub for 160! I don't want to have to buy both hubs only to find out it wasn't even the problem or I only needed one hub. Is there a way to pull the code or do I have to take it to a shop?

The second issue is my SES light. I think it has something to do with my Secondary airpump. The light doesn't turn on at startup but turns on when I begin to drive and turns off when I am stopped at lights. The air pump blows fuses but today I put a new fuse in and it lasted awhile when I drove the car with no SES light. I hooked the car up to a scanner to pull the codes and it said it didn't have any stored codes. Is there way to test the pump or is the pump a common thing to go bad? I don't want to spend $160 to replace the pump when it could be fixed.

BTW my car is a 95 z28 automatic with electric water pump. Thanks for looking. Sorry I know I sound like I'm being cheap but money is tight and I know for sure I need new shocks and struts because they are beyond dead!

Spend the $50 and get the ABS scanned wit an ABS scanner. Much cheaper than throwing parts at the problem. Also make sure you have the same size tires all around.
