Can the engine come out through the top? Or does it have to come out from the botom. And if you take the nose off will it help? If not anybody have a link step for step on engine removal? Any help will be awesome. Also, is the oil pan gasket reuseable? Due to the fact that a new one is almost $50. And it looks like its possibly made of copper or some metal.

You can do it both ways. The factory recommends removing it from the bottom because it is easier if you have a lift, but it is also doable from the top. You will need to remove the hood, and all the stuff up front except for the bodywork. The front of the engine needs to be tilted way up, so the car will need to sit high as possible off the ground to allow the engine to swing.
These are V8 instructions, the V6 being smaller should be easier to do.
