Yes, the replacement but I emailed SpareECM and they covered shipping costs on an exchange. As soon as I gave them the tracking number, they shipped a replacement almost immediately and I had the new one less than two days later! The known good one gave me a no start condition where the fuel pump was disabled. I thought it was a security issue but there was no security light. No issues or CELs with this replacement so far and I drove around for a couple hours.
