Hey guys, so i got my second camaro a few months ago, i had a 92 RS a few years back but got rid of it.

So a few weeks ago, my camaro just wouldnt start. tried a million things, came to the conclusion that its the timing. so, now im actually trying to decide whether i should just have the timing chain replaced, and timing adjusted and then a few months from now drop in a 350. or, should i just rebuild the 305? now, if i decide to put in the 350, what tranny should i go with? and, also, about how much would i spend on rebuilding the 305 and also the 700r4 tranny? whats the ballpark?
