Default 5 of 8 LT1 injectors not firing..

.. so I'm new to working on the LT1, I have plenty of mechanical knowledge.. but I'm at a loss. it's a 94 camaro automatic 5.7, I just picked it up a few days ago not running. it was a repo, and was said to run when they got it last october. so far I've checked: fuel pump is coming on when priming and cranking the engine, all 8 spark plugs are firing, only 3 out of 8 injectors are getting power(checked with noid light.. and here's where it gets weird, when I pluged the jumper into the diagnostic plug one radiator fan camo on along with the air pump.... it wont flash any trouble codes tho. the engine turns over and puts a little at first, but will not start at all, not even when I have sprayed fuel straight into the intake mani.. HELP please.. bad ecu??

check the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. should be two fuses for the injectors, make sure there ok and power is coming and going there.

I went ahead and tested the injectors the way your help pages said.. And they're all getting power now that I did the test the right way. So thats not the problem now. And I noticed that the a/c pump clutch is also turning on when I put it in diagnostic mode. And the radiator fan is running when I crank the motor over. I'm very confused right now

aaah so it may be the diognostic system is not working correctly. what did the plugs look like? im thinkin its the opti or the ignition module so testing them would be a good start.

The plugs are all pretty black, when I've pulled them out after turning it over for a min I can't smell any fuel on then at all. They seem to be very dry. How would I go about testing the optispark? All if my plugs are getting plenty if spark also

if the plugs are black then its running rich. you may just have fouled plugs. put some ngk55ix's or 55gp's in her and see if thats the issue. what plugs you got. had some ac delco that lasted a whole week then the car would not run.
