3:42-3:23 gears

Well I grabbed another rear with 3:23 gears in it,so I was wondering how off my speedometer is? I had 3:42 previously. Thanks

Your speedo will be off by 3.5 mph. Add that to what the needle is showing to get your actual speed.

Is their some kinds of hand held tuner that I can change the speedometer?

If you think it's necessary you will need to change the driven gear.

Yes, you can get a Hypertech Power Programmer. I had one when I had my 96, there's more than just speedo calibrations that you can play with (shift firmness, fan on temps, etc). I wouldn't spend retail for one, but I did find one relatively inexpensive on ebay. They are year specific too. But really, for a few mph off, I wouldn't let it bother me. Just remember that you're going faster than the speedo says. Use that as your "buffer zone" that cops generally let slide for being a little over.

There's no driven gear to mess with??
