Default 1996 3.8L V6 manual camaro

Hi I had a leaking from the slave cylinder so I replaced both master and slave, I got in a new clutch kit, so when I assembled everything up, when I am bleeding I don't have any compression in the clutch pedal. Any suggestions.

I used a vacuum bleeder but was almost 100% with just gravity bleeding it.
