Default 1969 camaro carb issue

I have a 1969 Camaro SS 350 with Edlebrock carb. The cars runs and drives. But had not really been drove for a few years. It start up and idles just fine, but seems to give out when you punch the gas, and after a good second it goes. Seems to be, but no expert that it is a carb issue. I put some Sea Foam in it, but I think it will need to be looked at. Any advice on what it may be. Thanks, Jerod

Stale gas, crud in the fuel line, a clogged fuel filter, corrosion on the contacts under the distributor cap, the carb in need of a rebuild, the choke not opening all the way...

Default carb issue

It seems to load up/smoke a bit, when you rev it up it will blow blackish crud out the tail pipe, it is not oil, as it smells like un-burnt gas, and it evaporates after a while on the floor. seems like it just needs a carb tune up. it has new plugs, and points/contacts in the cap.

Yeah, sounds like it's running rich. A carb rebuild won't hurt, also make sure the choke is opening fully.
