yeah, i own an IROC and my wife has a 99 Cobra. The emblem on the 99's is the horse by itself with no grill around it. Then i believe it was 2001 when they went to the Snake. There was no 2000 Cobra so i guess it was 01. My IROC beats it out to about 70mph then i run out ofgear.
