i curently own a 2000 v6 but im getting a auto 01 ss camaro and im thinking about putting the nitrous kit on it which is a 100 shot and its curently on my v6 now but could i hit 11 with it if i did or not?

 

With no other mods...no. You will need at least drag radials. Also is the car auto or manual? 6 speeds have a hard time launching (crappy 1st gear ratio).

Good...Get a higher stall torque converter (3500 min), drag radials and that 100 shot and you will see 11's.

 

Like JD said, your gonna need a nice set of DR's to pull that off. 100shot would probably put you in the 11's, but traction is gonna be a problem.

 

What kind of times are you hitting with the V6 and 100 shot?

 

with the v6 i was hitting low 14 and i mean low 14 my best was a 14.05 i had other runs of like 14.1 and 14.2 but my v6 also had a tune flowmaster and K&N but not like that even maters cus my ss all the same **** in it that v6 had except for the nitrous. My bestime without the nitrous was 15.53 so the nitous took a second and a 1/2 off my time.

 

The best way to take advantage of the nitrous will be at the launch. You need sticky tires and a good suspension. A 100 shot in a properly set up car should take off around a full second.

 

The car might hit 11's but Your drivetrain may hit the ground first. remember, V6 cars aren't built as stout as V8's.
