Quick question
I know it's been discussed before but I cant find it, so if I could get a quick response (within an hour from now)on how to prep a start for an auto transmission?? I'm assuming you want to get your rpm's up a little bit, but should I put it in neutral to do that and then make a quick shift into D or what?? TIA just wondering what the best way for a good jump is, i'll be going out to practice it after I get an answer and will be racing a similar car later tonight so needin to know the best way. Thanks again.

RE: Quick question
hold the brake, and bring ur RPMs up, till the car wants to move, then slam the gas, and let off brake at same time, usually should be about 2k RPMs, where it wants to move.
nuetral drops VERY bad for tranny, and bogs down a little.
