for the RS: just get her running

the Dirtymax: a high 15, she's a porker oh, and not bend a tie rod on the launch

 

im starting a project somtime this year...its either going to be a g-body malibu, 1980's monte carlo, or a early 90's impala. i have a chevy 307 out of a 1969 nova, turbo 350, 12 bold rear end. the motor will get a mild cam, stock crank, and rods, new barings and studs, high comp pistons, vortec heads, TPI setup, P&P the heads, headers, MSD, and lightweight pullys. the trans is getting, rebuilt, shift kit, shifter, and a new TC (dont know what stall yet, have to dyno the motor when its done) alum drive shaft, and a trans cooler. the reatend is getting, rebuilt, 3.73 gears, traction bars, and prob new axles. i want mid 12's to mid 13's....dont now the hp yet..my dads guessing mid 300hp

 

cbr, I'm in the middle of a motor rebuild. Hope it takes a good bit off my time. In 13.2's guise, it had full length hooker's, no cats, flowmasters, slp lid, ported polished tb, coolant bypass...and I think thats it..ohh and a blown clutch and on street tires....running 2.30 60 fts haha. The motor is all apart right now, getting bored, forged rods & pistons, cam, a z06 clutch kit, and all that good stuff. I also got a set of cooper zeon 2xs's hoping that improves the 60'....if not ill mount up a set of drag radials.

 

Well, I know that once all the mods are done on the car I won't be able to drive it to it's potential. So I'm just hoping to get a nice trap out of her! (110-112 range)
