145mph in my 84 Z28. I know this to be accurate because I had my Autometter speedo calibrated. I had my passenger screaming bloody murder but I knew we were all good.........Unless I had to brake. And the 2.77 rear gears left me breathing room to go more but there was a car in front of me I was approching fast.
120mph up hill on a freeway over pass in my 73 Fiat. i did not get a down hill speed again because I had to brake.
And an easy going 140ish through the tahachapie (sp) mountains returning from vegas with a full pac and in traffic on my Ducati. Many other drivers there were nice and would move when they had the chance to let me and my brother (his, Triumph. Daytona) on by. The scary part was when we were on straight hiway the guy with the biggest U-Haul towing his Cadillac trying to light his dope pipe and doing over 100mph.

Well in cars that I have owned
81 Olds Toranado 85?? thats as high as as the spedo went but it stayed pegged for 30 sec or so after I let off
96 Monte Carlo 109 damn limiter
00 Alero 109 Damn Limiter
00 SS 155+ was not much over that
While in the military I did drive a BMW on the auto bot it topped out at 193 thats it

No I didn't lose my DLs but I had to pay$250 fine and take a defensive driving class which cost $100.

Passing someone going 80 in a 55.Points doubled 6x2=12 points.+4 points off a little less than a year ago for going 70 in a 55brings the grand total of 16 points off my license.

Hey that sucks that you lost your DL, but go talk to the judge and see if he/she will let you take a devensive drivers course worth I think 6 points in GA.

Already tried but it wasn't the judge taking my license it was the DOT.
