Ok, so I finally got my car all built and running good. But I am running open headers and cannot afford a dual exhaust right now after all the money I just dropped on the engine and mods. It's loud as hell and I am trying to find out what the best mufflers are that I could bolt on for now that would reduce the noise by a considerable amount. Thanks guys. (1983 camaro with 383 stroker and hedman longtube headers)

 

Any kind of mufflers will quiet it down, It all depends on how much money you want to spend?As for good sound and performance you will have to spend some money unless you find a good deal. If you can spend some money I would recommend flowmaster,magnaflow,etc..
