Drag Racing ... Friend Or Foe LOL
Well took my rod to the drags lastnight. was a hell of night. entered the reaction time challenge and bracket races. before the races started i was making a couple passes to get dialed in. the first run i had a reaction time of 5.08 ( 5.00 being perfect ) but, it started sputtering and popping a bit so i let off. went and did a couple adjustments. came back and hit a 5.01 but, same thing happened only worse. so i got to checking things out and figured out i fried my coil. hauled butt to the nearest auto zone and got a replacement. got it all back together just in time for the reaction time challenge. red lighted and ran out of fuel at the 60ft. got towed back to the pit refueled made a few passes and was running consistant mid and upper 13's so i dialed in 13.60 and made it to the quarter finals. then they decided i couldn't run anymore without a helmet. so hunted around and finally got a helmet. LOST. i'm blaming the helmet LMAO. needless to say by 11 lastnight i had the mother of all headaches. can't wait til next weekend. LMAO. Sick

The weight of the helmet did you in. You need to weigh the helmet, and go on a diet till you lose that amount of weight, but be careful the right foot stays heavy. LOL

actually it was kind of an ego boost LOL. rules say anything under 13.99 has to wear a helmet. i have ran in the 13's a couple times but never consistantly enough that they would notice me. hopefully next they will be getting on my *** about a roll cage. only a few more HP and couple seconds and i'll have do some welding. Sick
