I got a LS1.. stock tires... whats the best way to launch ?? its auto... i noticed w/ it on.. the fuel cuts out and then says "low traction" should i take it off??? whats the best way to launch ??? thanks

 

get rid of it. summit racing sells a kit. the trick is to launch with out spinning. you have to find out the best rpm

 

try different launches, start with a 2000RPM drop, ( foot on brake, hold gas to 2000 rpm, let go of brake, wait half second and slam the gas down.) Then adjust the RPM from there... You want it to squeel a bit, not spin.. dont have the TC on... I wouldnt get rid of it completely, just shut it off when your playing... Its nice to have on a day when you get caught in the rain or sleet...

 

i launch the 01 at 1200 rpmbrake standrsa off and mash it when the light turns green
